Your Role :
Personal Care : Provide essential care services, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting, with respect and sensitivity.
Observation and Reporting : Monitor patients' conditions and promptly report any changes to the healthcare team.
Emotional Support : Offer a comforting presence and a listening ear to patients and their families, helping them navigate through challenging times.
Documentation : Maintain accurate and timely records of care provided and observations made.
Collaboration : Work closely with the interdisciplinary team to create and implement comprehensive and coordinated care plans.
Professionalism : Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality, empathy, and professionalism in all interactions.
Qualifications :
- Current CNA certification in North Carolina
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a compassionate and patient-centered approach.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, with excellent time management skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for home visits.
Schedule :
3-12 hour shifts, 7 : 00am-7 : 00pm, with weekend rotation.
