Our San Diego, CA, office has an exciting opportunity for a Fire Sprinkler Purchasing / Warehouse Coordinator. In this role you will serve as the key point of contact for our customers, employees and vendors.
We are seeking a motivated and engaging person who enjoys multi-tasking, learning on the job, and providing simultaneous support in a purchasing and warehouse position.

- Purchase materials and tools as needed to support multiple projects.
- Issue Purchase Orders and maintain the purchasing log for projects. Ensure correct materials are ordered.
- Coordinate deliveries to and from vendor locations and to and from job sites.
- Maintain shop vehicle fleet operation and safety. Includes arranging preventative maintenance and repair.
- Manage inventory controls by collecting stock location order and printing request.
- Maintains safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat.
- Complete reports by entering required information on computer.
- Drive company vehicle as needed for deliveries to vendors and job sites.
Desired Skills and Experience :
- High School degree required, AA or college degree preferred
- Must be able to work Monday through Friday 6 : 00 a.m. to 3 : 00 p.m.
- Must be positive, flexible, reliable, responsive, self-motivated, able to multi-task and work both independently and in a team environment, and under deadline pressures
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills required
- Good written and verbal communication skills required
- Clean driving record and current DMV driver report.
