Wells Fargo is seeking a Branch Admin Controls Execution Consultant in the Branch Infrastructure Client Relationship Group (CRG) Team as part of Wealth and Investment Management (WIM).

In this role, you will :

• Lead support functions or operations for multiple business groups and contribute to large scale strategic initiatives
• Ensure efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions, and pipeline management relating to assigned operations
• Research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives that require analytical skills, basic knowledge of organizational strategy and Business Execution, and understanding of international business
• Work independently to make recommendations for support function by providing support and leadership
• Assist in the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience
• Collaborate and consult with team leaders in developing project plans, policies and procedures
• Provide leadership in management of relationships and implementation of programs, services, and initiatives with cross functional business partners
• Be responsible for maintaining, overseeing, and possessing a working knowledge of Required Absence requirements, particularly in WIM
• Be familiar managing access profiles and oversee engineering responsibilities for a large group of team members

Required Qualifications :

4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following : work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications :

• Knowledge and understanding of brokerage industry : products, services, operational policies, systems and procedures
• Knowledge and understanding of financial advisor platforms and applications
• Knowledge and understanding of Tableau
• Ability to present reports to and interact with senior leaders
• Ability to present results of analyses and recommendations to senior leaders
• Knowledge and understanding of Salesforce, Smart Station or contact management system
• Strong collaboration and partnering skills
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) skills

Job Expectations :

This position is subject to FINRA Background Screening Requirements, including successful completion and clearing of a background check.

Internal transfers are subject to comply with 17 CFR 240.17f-2 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and FINRA Bylaws, Article III, Section 3, which states that Associated Persons should not be subject to statutory disqualification.

Branch Admin Controls Execution Consultant performs a number of access-related control functions within the Client Relationship group in WIM, supporting team members in our national branch network.

Most notably, coverage areas include role engineering, toxic combination monitoring / correction, required absence adherence and control analysis.
