Job Description
We are searching for Temporary Customer Service Coordinators to help with project based work! The assignment would last any where from 2-6 months.
Job Duties / Description :
- Handle customer service emails and phone calls, managing orders, inquiries, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Act as the liaison between customers, retailers, and internal teams.
- Prepare progress and forecast reports.
- Track orders and coordinate with carriers.
- Process returns, including providing shipping labels, checking returns, and issuing refunds.
- Use software to record customer interactions and solutions.
- Communicate with team and management to address issues, trends, and improvements.
- Assist with general customer service tasks and understand key customer needs.
Requirements :
- Previous B2B or B2C customer service experience in an office setting required.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Strong problem-solving and product knowledge skills.
- Flexible and willing to assist with various tasks in a small office.
- Experience with SAP is a plus but not required.
Pay range : $20-$22 / hr depending on experience.
Duration : a variety from 2-6 months.
