Annual salary up to $90,000.
Responsibilities :
- Responsible for billing 1600 hours per year.
- Assist with insurance application and renewal filings.
- Assist wtih insurance related filings for insurance companies.
- Research and analyze state insurance laws.
- Draft legal documents.
- Draft and prepare audit letter responses.
- Review, analyze, and summarize regulatory documents.
- Utilize iManage, Intapp, and Microsoft Office.
- Plus additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications :
- Paralegal certificate and related degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1+ year of insurance regulatory or corporate transactional experience.
- Excellent Communication & Time Management Skills.
- Strong Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
