What youll be doing :
- Designing and implementing comprehensive electrical systems including lighting, power, and standby / emergency systems.
- Developing one-line / riser diagrams and conducting electrical studies such as arc flash analysis and short-circuit studies.
- Coordinating with utilities and selecting equipment for projects.
- Providing field investigations, observations, and construction administration.
- Leading projects, offering guidance to less experienced engineers, and working closely with a multidisciplinary team.
Requirements :
- Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
- 6+ years of electrical project experience (10+ years for non-degreed candidates).
- Proficiency in industry software including AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam, and electrical analysis tools like SKM or EasyPower.
- Demonstrated expertise in designing electrical systems and conducting arc flash and short-circuit studies.
- E.I.T. or P.E. registration preferred but not required.
