We’re looking for a proactive, highly organized listing coordinator to play a key role on our growing team. You’ll work with sellers throughout their entire listing process, compile listing information and research for comparable properties, assist homeowners with completing contracts, and enter MLS listings in the database.
You’ll also arrange cleanings to prepare homes to sell, organize showings, and generate reports to display sales activity.
Our ideal candidate can operate with a high level of professionalism and juggle multiple listings efficiently, all while staying focused and helping others with a smile.

Compensation : $13 - $16 hourly

Responsibilities :
- Schedule property inspections with customers and vendors to clean and prepare homes to sell fast
- Coordinate all listing information such as property photos, pre-listing presentations, and MLS market research for comparable properties
- Enter sales activity into the client database and track business reports to present progress toward company goals
- Follow up with sellers to complete listing agreements, disclosures, and any other required paperwork needed to send to the office broker for file compliance
- Sell homes quickly by maintaining the listings on social media and in MLS to provide excellent customer satisfaction
- Oversee all aspects of sellers' transactions from initial contact to the executed purchase agreement
- Prepare all listing materials : pre-listing presentation, listing presentation, Listing Agreement, sellers' disclosures, comparative market analysis, pull online property profile, research old multiple listing service (MLS) listings, etc.
- Consult & coordinate with sellers all property photos, staging, repairs, cleaning, signage, lockbox, access requirements, & marketing activities
- Obtain all necessary signatures on listing agreement, disclosures, and other necessary documentation
- Coordinate showings & obtain feedback
- Provide proactive weekly feedback to sellers regarding all showings and marketing activities
- Coordinate all public open houses and broker open houses
- Input all listing information into MLS and marketing websites and update as needed
- Submit all necessary documentation to the office broker via Paperless Pipeline file compliance
- Input all necessary information into the client database and transaction management systems
Qualifications :
- Driven to create an excellent customer service experience for each client
- Prior experience in the real estate industry, transaction coordination, titles, or mortgages preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required, college experience preferred
- Currently has or is pursuing a real estate license
- Able to convey information well in both a written and verbal format
