Work Schedule :
100% FTE, 40 hours / week. 8 or 10-hour shifts, Outpatient : Monday through Wednesday : 7 : 00 AM 4 : 30 PM. Emergency Department : Thursday : 2 : 00 PM 8 : 30 PM and Friday : 2 : 00 PM 8 : 30 PM.
Hours may vary based on the operational needs of department.

We are seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to :
- Provide consultative and rehabilitative treatment services to patients.
- Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to create comprehensive evidence-based treatment plans to maximize functional outcomes and plan of care.
- Seek continual learning opportunities to advance one’s own practice and educate others.
- Work within a large, dynamic rehabilitation team to continually provide exceptional patient and family centered care.
Education :
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy is required.
Work Experience :
Preferred Two (2) years prior relevant experience.
Licenses and Certifications :
Minimum Licensure as a Physical Therapist in the State of Wisconsin is required. Basic Life Support (BLS) within three months of hire.
