Datadog's Finance team collaborates with teams across the organization, providing commercial, operational and analytical support to ensure that Datadog's business continues to grow as rapidly and efficiently as possible.
We're seeking a Senior Procurement Analyst skilled in contract review and negotiation. Must be proficient with Excel and have experience with procurement systems (ie : Coupa, Graphite).
This role is key to Datadog's success, ensuring smooth procurement processes by efficiently reviewing vendor agreements, effectively managing vendor relationships, and mitigating risks with each engagement.

What You’ll Do :
- Shepherd the procurement contracts process from contract intake to execution
- Determine level of engagement required based on stated Legal, Privacy, Security standards
- Review, revise and negotiate standard vendor agreements including but not limited to : NDAs, Statements of Work (SOWs), amendments and order forms for existing contracts using playbooks as guidance for standard positions
- Perform administrative procedures (including but not limited to : send Docusign envelopes, follow up on requests, submit requisitions, extract reporting)
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs and requirements
- Be an overall liaison between Procurement, internal stakeholders such as Legal, Accounts Payable, Requesters and vendors
- Monitor general Procurement email and Slack channel for inquiries and assist end users with Procurement contracts process
- Assist on expansion and cross functional projects
Who You Are :
- A self-starter, able to work autonomously with little intervention
- Experienced in reviewing and redlining agreements
- Open-minded to learning & development
- Able to balance contending priorities across multiple contracts and projects simultaneously
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders of all levels across the organization
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite especially Word and Excel
- Bachelor’s Degree
