- Evaluate loan risks and make recommendations in accordance with underwriting standards.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and Fair Housing policies.
- Maintain accurate records of loan applications, approvals, and rejections.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients, real estate agents, and industry professionals.
Qualifications :
- Demonstrated success as a Loan Officer or in a comparable position.
- Thorough knowledge of loan origination procedures and underwriting standards.
- Proficiency with origination software.
- Strong mathematical skills for precise calculation of interest rates, payments, and other financial metrics.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities crucial for effective interaction with clients and colleagues.
