Inside Sales Specialist Position Summary Premier provider of corporate event services, specializing in organizing and executing various events such as conferences, trade shows, and product launches, is seeking a driven and goal oriented Inside Sales Specialist to join their team.
Key Responsibilities Actively source and engage potential clients through a variety of outreach methods including social media, email campaigns, outbound calls, and handling inbound inquiries.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their specific event requirements and offering customized solutions.
Partner with marketing, event planning, and operations teams to ensure clients' expectations are exceeded at every stage.
Stay current with industry trends and the company’s full range of services to effectively communicate the value to clients.
Keep detailed records of sales activities, client engagements, and pipeline progress using CRM tools. Qualifications Prior experience in inside sales, business development, B2B sales, lead generation, or related role.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Ability to foster trust and develop rapport with clients. Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
