Position Overview :

We are seeking a talented Corporate Training Manager who is highly skilled in Data Analysis, Performance Coaching, and Strategic Thinking to join our dynamic Learning and Development team.

This role will be remote but should be located within driving distance of central New Jersey. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in data analytics, team building, and coaching skills.

The ideal candidate must further possess a demonstrable ability to hold others accountable to performance outcomes across multiple business verticals.

As Corporate Training Manager, you will be responsible for utilizing training data to develop and implement training strategies that will lead to 100% training compliance across all verticals while ensuring the quality of desired learning outcomes.

The ideal candidate must be highly proficient in Tableau, UKG Kronos, and have previous LMS administration experience. The ideal candidate must have exceptional time management skills, a strong sense of urgency and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively as needed.

This role will primarily support teams across the Northeast region.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Performance Execution :
  • Utilize data insights to identify key training opportunities, drive training completions, and hold operations teams accountable to training completions and performance outcomes.
  • Craft engaging presentations and reports that effectively communicate findings and drive decision-making.
  • Train operations management teams on coaching and training techniques, emphasizing the importance of context, clarity, and desired learning outcomes.
  • Training Development :
  • Design, Develop, and facilitate training curricula, including presentations, manuals, and interactive modules that support company and client initiatives and drive outstanding performance outcomes.
  • Customize training programs to meet the specific needs and skill levels of different user groups.
  • Continuously evaluate and update training content to reflect evolving business requirements and industry trends.
  • Performance Evaluation :
  • Drive the completion and effectiveness of training initiatives through delivery, one-on-one coaching, assessments, surveys, and feedback mechanisms.
  • Analyze performance metrics to measure the impact of training on individual and team proficiency and make recommendations to senior leadership on training documentation and improvements.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance training outcomes.
  • Data Mining :
  • Utilize advanced data mining techniques to extract meaningful insights from complex datasets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key business questions and objectives.
  • Develop strategies for data collection, cleansing, and analysis to ensure accuracy and relevance.
  • Software Expertise :
  • Partner with Internal IT and clients to design and implement interactive dashboards and reports in Tableau to visualize key performance metrics and trends.
  • Utilize the company’s LMS to assign required training, track completions and provide regular status reports to senior leadership.
  • Train operations functions in UKG Kronos, including but not limited to, timesheet corrections, schedules, HR self-service, and reporting.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in related field
  • Proven experience in data analytics, data mining, and visualization techniques.
  • Proficiency in Tableau or similar data visualization tools.
  • Proficiency in UKG Kronos.
  • Prior experience with and proficiency in LMS administration.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and engaging manner.
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills, with experience conducting training sessions or workshops.
  • Detail-oriented with a passion for continuous learning and professional development.
  • Prior experience in instructional design or curriculum development is a plus.
  • Ability to travel within the Northeast region up to 70% of the time.
