Path Construction is growing and looking for a Director of Software Engineering! We are a mid-size, growing general contracting firm located in Arlington Heights, IL.
We are looking for the right person to head the development in execution of a software system. We are in the process of developing a complex and comprehensive software program tied to the construction industry.
It will significantly change the way construction will be carried out in the future. The patents for this process are already obtained.
Founded in 2008, Path Construction is a general contractor providing a vast array of construction services to multiple regions throughout the country.
Our expertise is very diverse and includes experience on small and large projects of many different types, including but not limited to : healthcare, hospitality, higher education, multi-family, self-storage, senior living, transportation, water and waste treatment, convention centers, laboratories, and correctional.

Requirements
- Bachelors degree in computer science, engineering, or related field or equivalent experience
- Strong proven track record of successful technology development and delivery leadership
- Advanced technical and analytical skills for diagnosing, isolating and resolving problems
- Communicates clearly and effectively advanced
- Excellent practiced communication skills with customers, teams, senior management, etc.
- An exacting eye for detail
- Strong organizational skills
