What You'll Do
- Establish and drive innovative vision, strategic planning, and delivery for all Oracle Fusion capabilities globally.
- Develop business-aligned application strategy in collaboration with Senior IT Leadership and other senior business stakeholders.
- Lead end-to-end implementations, from system design through integration stage and support & maintenance.
- Oversee staff of professionals in development, support, project management, and communications.
- Manage overall Oracle Cloud Fusion ecosystem, including cloud technology platform services, ERP, EPM, and Financial modules.
- Serve as key Oracle cloud technology leader, influencing solution architecture.
- Oversee data quality, system integration, and solution personalization efforts.
- Identify strategic improvement opportunities aligned with business imperatives.
- Champion the adoption of new features and capabilities within Oracle Cloud.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, security policies, and industry standards.
- Manage all integrations to and from the Oracle Cloud technology ecosystem.
- Coach, mentor, and guide employees through their career development.
- Oversee day-to-day operations of Oracle Cloud Applications, ensuring high availability and reliability.
What Makes You a Qualified Candidate
- BS / BA degree or equivalent experience.
- 7-10+ years of experience with implementing, managing, and enhancing Oracle cloud applications.
- 3-5+ years at director level or above with a proven track record of building and leading successful global technology teams.
- 10+ years of experience leading large-scale end-to-end platform cloud solutions.
What You'll Bring
- Able to create complex operational processes and procedures cross-functionally.
- 5-10+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion cloud platforms.
- Advanced technical knowledge of core Oracle Cloud platform configurations.

Pay Rate : $149,000.00 - $230,900.00 Annually
