The Program Manager is responsible for managing internal projects and external clients supporting the setup of the production facility.
This will focus on several overseas projects, reporting on all technical functions, production factory projects, and signed SOW.
Responsibilities :
- Own development and maintenance of their near and long-term product roadmap
- Strengthen the company program and project management functions to closely track, identify, and solve issues within our internal projects
- Improve project visualization throughout the company for client projects and internal projects
Qualifications :
- 2+ years in Li-ion battery industry
- 5+ years technical project management, product engineering, manufacturing, or quality
- Be a strong leader
- Be able to travel internationally 15% annually
