POSITION SUMMARY
The UX Designer will work closely with product management, engineering, marketing, architecture, and key Stakeholders to design and implement modern, best-of-breed user experiences that lead to increased adoption, improved customer satisfaction, and superior functionality for our Vasion Automate platform.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate closely with the engineering manager and product manager as part of a leadership team to guide the direction of a value team and deliver customer-focused solutions.
- Work closely with developers to ensure designs are thoroughly tested and accurately implemented.
- Create mockups, wireframes, prototypes, and production-ready designs.
- Illustrate design concepts using storyboards and process flows.
- Conduct regular user research by engaging with customers throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Continuously strive to deliver world-class experiences that address real customer needs.
- Regularly present your work to internal stakeholders to ensure alignment.
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience in UX design or a related field.
- Proficiency with Figma and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of UX design principles, methodologies, and best practices.
- Ability to conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
- Experience in analyzing research data and translating insights into design solutions.
- Competence in creating user personas, journey maps, and other UX documentation.
- Excellent communication skills to present and explain design concepts to stakeholders.
- Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Openness to feedback and willingness to continuously learn and improve.
