Position Overview :
We are seeking a dedicated and customer service-oriented B2B Collections Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage collections on assigned accounts through phone and email, handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls, and collaborate closely with the Inside Sales team.
Experience :
B2B Collections : At least 2 years of experience in B2B collections (Business to Consumer collections experience is not applicable)
Key Responsibilities :
- Collections Efforts : Conduct collections on assigned accounts via phone and email, ensuring timely payments.
- High-Volume Communication : Handle around 25-50 inbound and outbound calls daily.
- Invoice Management : Collect payments and reissue invoices as needed.
- Team Collaboration : Communicate with the Inside Sales team for information on assigned customer accounts.
Qualifications :
- Customer Service Oriented : Friendly demeanor and not afraid to initiate phone calls.
- Self-Motivated : Able to work independently with high integrity and minimal supervision after training.
- Multitasking : Strong ability to multitask and work across various systems to research customer accounts and payment statuses.
- Organizational : Highly organized and detail-oriented.
Nice to Have (not mandatory) :
Familiarity with SAP and AS400 is a plus.
