Summary of Job Duties :
Workstudy students work 20 hours per week in the School of Social Work. Regular and
reliable attendance is an essential job duty, as is the ability to create and maintain
collegial, harmonious working relationships with others. This position is governed by
state and federal laws and agency policy.

Job Duties
Workstudy students perform a variety of duties, some of which include :
Perform office support tasks such as answering phones
Filing
Making copies and scanning
Data entry
Shredding
Running errands
Answers phone calls, responds to questions, and refers to others
Respond to walk-ins and direct them to the appropriate area
Pick up mail from the campus Mailroom and distribute it
Set up advising sheets for both MSW and BSW
Assist with registration issues
Keep office areas organized and neat
Other duties as assigned
