The Manager, CONNECT ERP Operations, reporting directly to our Sr. Director, Enterprise Systems and working alongside the Sr Manager ERP, will oversee our production support, architecture, application development, system integrations / ISVs, and other technical activities & tasks.

- Work directly with ERP Leadership, Peers, Business Analysts, internal customers, and CSI leadership to understand their business strategy, requirements & processes
- Design, develop, and implement innovative technical solutions
- Production support and incident management
- Own and manage the relationship with CSI’s Managed Services Provider for outsourced support
- Work directly with IT leadership, process owners, business analysts, workstream leads, technical teams, and various CSI personnel to ensure the successful implementation of F&O solutions
- Manage D365 environments maintain and drive regular release calendar; manage schedule for ongoing updates / refreshes;
drive and update environment refresh checklist action items; manages UAT / Testing calendars and planning for regular releases
- Maintain required operational, testing and compliance documentation
- Provide leadership in defining and executing technical strategies, ensuring alignment with the overall business goals
- Guide and mentor the technical team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and facilitate communication between teams
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications, ensuring clarity and feasibility
- Guide best practices for solution design and contribute to decision-making processes
- Assist in the deployment planning process, providing support to ensure a smooth transition and user adoption
- Collaborate with stakeholders to address any post-deployment issues and optimize functional performance
- Manages and resolves issues, defects, and change requests
- Leads the technical direction of the overall system, maintains the agreed-upon structure of the platform, and ensures that it meets the requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field AND 15+ years experience in cloud / infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting / support, systems administration, network operations, software development / support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and / or consulting
- 5+ years of experience leading and managing direct reports of technical resources
Additional or Preferred Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in design, development, customization, Implementation, Integration, and administration of MS Dynamics 365 F&O solutions
- 7+ years of experience with full life-cycle implementations of D365 F&O
- 5+ years of supervisory or leadership experience in large teams
- 3+ years of experience working with Microsoft Power Platform
- Expertise with the D365 F&O technology stack and the peripheral technologies that can be leveraged including, but not limited to, Azure, Azure SQL, Power BI, Common Data Service, Power Apps, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Machine Learning, etc
- Strong knowledge of ERP Systems and business solution implementations
- Strong understanding of complex technical topics in Dynamics 365 including Application Integration Framework (AIF), Workflow, Data Import, Reporting, and LCS
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Experience with 3rd party products or technologies (XRMToolBox, XRMToolKit)
- Strong experience in vendor management including management of ISVs deployed on the D365 F&O platform
- Experience developing in a continuous integration environment (ALM strategy) using source code control, automated testing, and build automation
- Experience with Agile development methodology and tools (Azure DevOps / Jira)
- Hands-on experience with large implementations of D365 F&O solutions
- Highly motivated self-starter who can take ownership of tasks and activities and drive them to completion
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work in a cross-functional team
- Implemented application integration using Azure services such as Azure Service Bus, Azure logic Apps, Azure functions, Azure Data Factory, etc
- Experience evaluating and documenting current state to future state enterprise-capable integration solutions
- Core Development Skills : C#, SQL, .Net, D365, CRM SDK, CRM Plugins, JSON, REST API, PowerApps, Power BI, and Power Automate (formally known as Flow)
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft technologies D365 / Dataverse (tool configuration and customizations) Model Driven / Canvas Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft D365 F&O and working knowledge of Microsoft D365 CRM
- Strong advocate for adherence to standards, best practices, and delivery processes
- Experience in leading teams using hybrid, Agile methodologies
- Capable of driving requirements, planning, and designing Integrations for D365 F&O with other systems utilizing Azure Technology Stack
- Experience leveraging diagramming tools such as LucidChart or Microsoft Visio
- PMP and SCRUM Certifications preferred
- Strong communication, technical writing and presentation skills, with the ability to develop strategic, ongoing relationships.
- Experience with data cleansing, verification, and migration.
- Knowledge of master data management and data quality best practices.
- Demonstrated progression of increasing responsibilities and business impact.
- Manufacturing industry experience is preferred.
- Medical Devices or Life sciences industry experience is a strong plus.
- Highly regulated industry experience is a strong plus.
