- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field required.
- At least five years of experience in marketing and long-range planning and healthcare experience.
Hours and compensation potential :
- Position is full time.
- The range is between $62K-$80K plus full benefits and relocation / sign on bonus.
What you’ll be doing :
- The Marketing / Public Relations Director will oversee, coordinate, and participate in the development of marketing strategies and products for the organization.
- Will help to create and promote the corporate identity and mission to customers, the public, and employees through the creation and distribution of brochures, news releases, and other documents.
- Directs and implements the organization's advertising and promotional activities.
- Analyzes target market information to identify and recommend effective marketing approaches.
- Identifies new market segments that will benefit from company products.
- Through public-facing communication, develops and maintains a positive public image for the organization
- Prepares effective advertising campaigns based on market research.
- Composes, reviews, and / or distributes press releases and other public-facing communication.
- Maintains knowledge on emerging products and services.
- Collaborates with senior executives to develop growth plans for the organization.
- Forecasts, drafts, implements, and oversees the department's operating budget.
- Oversees and produces, from concept to completion, a broad array of digital and / or print promotional and communication materials for the organization.
- Plans, prepares, and distributes original promotional content such as articles, news and press releases, email, blog and social media posts, and other updates on behalf of the organization.
