We are actively looking for a HR Service Director for the US to join our Human Resources team. As part of the Human Resources Group, the HR Service Director directs, manages, supervises, and coordinates the programs and activities of the Human Resources Business Operations, and provides highly responsible and complex assistance to the Chief Human Resources Officer.

Duties and responsibilities :

- Manages, plans, directs, coordinates, and reviews the work plan and goals of the Human Resources Business Partners.
- Assigns work activities, projects, and programs; monitors workflow; and reviews and evaluates work products, methods, and procedures.
- Interprets company policies and procedures; provides advice and counsel to HR Business Partners, company directors, managers, supervisors, and employees.
- Continuously monitors and evaluates the efficiency and effectiveness of service delivery methods, programs, and procedures
- Assesses and monitors workload, administrative and support systems, and internal reporting relationships; identifies opportunities for improvement and reviews findings with the CHRO;
and implements improvements.
- Provides or coordinates staff training; works with employees to correct deficiencies.
- Collaborates directly with CHRO to support all aspects of their daily work routine and serves as a lead in CHRO’s absence.
- Serves as a trusted partner to CHRO in delivery of HR priorities.

Qualifications :
- Bachelor's Degree business administration, human resources, or related field; required
- SHRM-CP, PHR, certification; required
- 15+ years or more of progressively professionally related experience; required
- Experience in the AE industry; highly preferred
- Experience developing DEI program; preferred
- Experience with oversight of responsibilities over multistate / international sized company; required

Base salary range :
$195,000 to $235,000 based on years of experience, level of education obtained, professional registration, and meeting required qualification in job description.
Base salary range only applicable for candidates who will be hired and working in the California, New York City, Washington, and Hawaii markets.
Working conditions :
Sedentary for prolonged period of time, interact with clients, and travel occasionally.
