What we are looking for Aleto Inc. is seeking to hire a Computer-Aided Facilities Manager (CAFM) to provide strategic guidance to federal government stakeholders to ensure the program's success and organizational vision by managing the space program using an IWMS, specifically the FM : Systems Employee and FM : Systems Workplace modules.

This work will require interfacing directly with project managers and federal clients to track the use of federally owned and leased office spaces (including HQ facilities as well as regional offices).

This work will require the tracking of building space utilization, vacancy rates, space usage by program areas, and the development of reports to support decision-making.

In addition, the Computer-Aided Facilities Manager (CAFM) will maintain up-to-date drawings, provide occupancy management and moving management, and support the space reservation system.

The Computer-Aided Facilities Manager (CAFM) will provide direction and support to the CAFM specialist and the Computer-Aided Facilities Manager (CAFM) will report to the senior program manager.

If an offer is extended, the start date is determined by availability and the amount of time it takes for the government background clearance process (depending on the client).

Computer-Aided Facilities Manager (CAFM)-Essential Job Duties Duties include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Track building space utilization, vacancy rates, and space usage by program areas. Maintain up-to-date drawings, provide occupancy management, and move management.

Provide management of accountable and real property using Archibus. Import Human Resources data from personnel systems to acquire assigned government personnel.

Import occupancy data from badging operations and security to determine usage. Validate space assignment information (to include contracted personnel) with various government offices.

Support decision-making concerning space modifications via accurate reports. Work with project managers and other staff to ensure changes are reflected in drawings.

Provide movement management data,and receive move data. Provide reports regularly to update leadership on space and facility usage.

Updated floor plans should be reported periodically, and as needed (bi-weekly / monthly / quarterly / semi-annual / annual).

Develop a periodic reporting and data visualization process and tool to assist the client in understanding the federal agency portfolio state.

Lead the development and upkeep of executive dashboards aimed at data visualization and analysis for the client on space-related issues.

Work with federal stakeholders to optimize processes related to leased and owned properties; manage work derived from rapid facilities transition related to COVID-driven consolidations;

and seek technological solutions to facilities problems as appropriate. Own the "on-time, on-spec, on-budget, and high-quality" delivery of products to federal customers.

Assist the agency in determining building and maintenance priorities, identifying those of significant scope, and putting in place quality control measures to ensure the successful execution of projects.

Create standard operating procedures, training documents, and other relevant documentation for the position. Periodically inform internal team members of upcoming upgrades, updates, and their implications on process and deliverables, and brief client’s staff as needed.

Create accurate data and ensure the data is in a shared location. POSITION LEVEL Senior-Level SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY Direct Reports : 1 May direct employees' work in lower job classifications.

May assist in training newly hired departmental staff. May supervise work performed by subcontractors and other third-party vendors.

ALETO JOB DUTIES Compliance with all Aleto processes, standards, and guidelines including utilizing the employee and intranet platforms, entering time daily, submitting expense reports, providing monthly progress reports, etc.

Participate in recurring performance development meetings with your Aleto manager to discuss current job tasks, promote open dialog / feedback, recognize and celebrate wins, and review positive and purposeful approaches for meeting work-related and professional development goals.

Attend team meetings, tri-annual company All-Hands Meetings, and other company-sponsored team-building events to foster and support Aleto's core values, vision, and culture.

QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and / or ability required. Education / Experience : A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Architecture or Design Technology, with a minimum of 8 years of experience U.

S. Citizenship (requires a Public Trust credential) Technological Skills : FM : Systems, Archibus, IBM TRIRIGA , or other comparable system AutoCAD Access SQL Microsoft Office Suite of applications, along with familiarity with PowerBI Understanding of databases and data management Excellent time management, technical, and organizational skills Required Knowledge and Skills : Prior experience in Computer Assisted Facilities Management, strong preference in using FM : Systems or Archibus.

Professional Development After 6 months of employment with Aleto, employees are eligible to apply for education reimbursement under Aleto’s Education Reimbursement Program.

The program offers up to $5,250 of reimbursement per year for job-related training to help employees stay updated on key skills and competencies related to the demands of their industry and professions.

Environment and Physical Conditions While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to have ambulatory skills sufficient to visit other locations;

and the ability to remain in a stationary position at least 50% of the time, move inside and around an office, position themself to access items located in high or low areas, and transport items weighing up to 20 pounds across the office.

Requires the constant operation of a computer and other office productivity machinery and the ability to observe details at a close range typically within a few feet of the observer.

The employee interacts frequently with other workers, vendors, and clients and will communicate information and ideas so others will understand and must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.

The position consistently requires work to be completed in an office environment with artificial light and air. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
