Key Responsibilities : Design and manage member surveys, ensuring thorough testing and programmingConduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to generate insights and develop client-facing deliverablesBuild and maintain data visualizations and dashboards, ensuring data quality and troubleshooting issuesRequired Qualifications : 3-4 years of experience in a research capacityExperience in qualitative and quantitative survey designExpertise in survey programming and methodology, particularly in QualtricsStrong organization skills with a proactive approach to problem-solvingExperience with data visualization tools such as PowerBI or Tableau is a plus
