Job Description :
As an Associate Pricing Strategy Analyst, you will play a critical role in developing and executing pricing strategies that support our business objectives.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze market trends, assess pricing models, and recommend strategies that optimize profitability and market share.
Key Responsibilities :
- Market Analysis : Conduct comprehensive market research to understand competitive pricing, market demand, and customer behavior.
- Pricing Strategy Development : Assist in the creation and implementation of pricing strategies based on data analysis and market insights.
- Data Analysis : Analyze pricing data, sales trends, and financial reports to identify opportunities for price adjustments and profitability improvements.
- Reporting : Prepare and present detailed reports on pricing performance, market trends, and strategic recommendations to stakeholders.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance teams to ensure pricing strategies align with overall business objectives and market conditions.
- Modeling and Forecasting : Develop and maintain pricing models and forecasts to support decision-making and strategic planning.
- Process Improvement : Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of pricing strategies.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Statistics, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in pricing, finance, or data analysis, preferably in a business or consulting environment.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and other data analysis tools.
- Experience with pricing software or data visualization tools is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
