Responsibilities of this role include but not limited to :
- Walking grounds for maintenance items or removing debris
- Moving out bins for trash / recycling pick up
- Work order facilitation and scheduling
- Checking pool water and chemical levels
- Collecting laundry coin
- Minor carpentry repairs ( paint, patching, door adjustments, etc.)
- Checking water softener levels and filling as needed
- Additional work orders as requested from board or manager
Requirements / Skills
- Certified Pool Operator
- Basic understanding of general maintenance
- Must have attention to detail skills and excellent written communication skills
- Able to handle multiple priorities and prioritize effectively
- Flexible and skilled at working in a fast-paced environment
- Skilled at functioning independently
- Physically capable of lifting 50 pounds
