The Counter Sales Representative is responsible for providing excellent customer service by assisting customers promptly and courteously with their purchases and efficient processing of orders.

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic person with excellent customer service skills and has the ability to communicate well.

Fluency in Spanish and English is preferred.

Job Duties :

• Provide customer service with accuracy and timeliness to walk-in customers, telephone inquiries, and all internet requests.
• Provide daily and weekly reporting as required by management.
• Must conduct cycle inventory of warehouse stock.
• Filing, scanning, and data entry required.
• Maintain open communication daily with management.
• Must be proactive, not afraid to ask questions and be willing to learn the industry.
• Pick and pull orders for walk-in customers.
• Will assume other related duties as you grow within the company.
• Other projects as assigned by management.

Qualifications :

• Ability to speak English and Spanish preferred
• Must have at least two years of customer service experience
• Must possess good written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail and organization skills.
• Maintain a professional, positive, and friendly attitude always.
• Must possess a can-do attitude.
• Ability to take ownership of duties with good follow-through and perform all tasks described above with minimal supervision.
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (word, excel, and outlook)
