Job Description : Our client is seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager with a proven track record in long-cycle sales, specializing in customized and engineered solutions for medium to large-sized manufacturers within a competitive market.

The successful candidate has built and managed a growing a team of Sales Engineers and Sales Associates that has grown sales annually at a 20+% growth rate.

Responsibilities :

  • Build a high-performance sales team by setting clear goals, implementing continuous improvement initiatives, and driving individual growth through tailored coaching, mentorship, and performance improvement plans (PIP).
  • Manage day-to-day team activities fostering a collaborative high-performing sales culture, inspiring and motivating team members to create enduring wins.
  • Setting clear sales objectives and goals aimed at supporting corporate strategy.
  • Act as liaison between customers and internal leadership teams for key accounts.
  • Lead complex price negotiations by balancing client needs with profitability, effectively communicating the value of customized solutions to secure competitive opportunities.
  • This position does require traveling to clients, approximately 25%-40% travel is required.
