Enhabit is Growing in Northern Alabama and is hiring a Director of Operations Administrator.

The Director of Operations is a Registered Nurse that is chief executive agent for hospice branch agencies located in Cullman, Muscle Shoals, and Hamilton, Alabama.

The Director of Operations will be based in one of the agency locations with regular weekly travel to each location.

Responsibilities

The RN Director of Operations is the chief executive agent for hospice branch locations in Cullman, Muscle Shoals, and Hamilton, Alabama.

Responsibilities include effective management on an ongoing basis for :

• Operations
• Services
• Personnel performance
• Office management for multiple providers and / or branch agencies
• Contributes to the overall company success by leading agencies to provide A Better Way To Care within the communities they serve while ensuring the execution of agency operations are met on a daily basis

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Nurse ( RN ) registered in the state.
• Previous leadership experience in a home health care or hospice program is preferred.
• Must have an associate degree in a health related field and two years' as a manager or supervisor.
• Must not have been employed in the last year as an administrator with another operation at the time any enforcement action was taken against the business;

further described in the company compliance policies.

Must have intermediate demonstrated technology skills, including operation of a mobile device.

Requirements

• Must possess a valid state driver license
• Must maintain automobile liability insurance as required by law
• Must maintain dependable transportation in good working condition
• Must be able to safely drive an automobile in all types of weather conditions
