Customer Administrative Assistant Details :
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $20.00 / hour
- Full Time work available
- First Shift (Monday through Saturday)
- Schedule includes rotating Saturdays, need available Mon-Sat 7 : 00am-6 : 00pm.
- Greeting customers & answering telephones
- Discussing customer needs and answering questions
- Providing product and service quotes and referring customers to other qualified employees as necessary.
- Assists in store accounting and bookkeeping procedures
- Assists in the administration of our credit program
- Assists with store inventory; and picking up merchandise and parts as required.
- Provides excellent customer service; promotes store sales; asks questions to identify customer wants and needs; refers customers to other qualified employees as necessary.
Customer Administrative Assistant Qualifications :
- Minimum of 2 years administrative experience and basic understanding of accounts payable and receivables required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Able to multi-task and have a high level of customer service.
- Dress code : no visible tattoos or piercings.
- Valid drivers' license and good driving record in last 5 years.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
