European Wax Center West Springfield are opening their doors early September and we want you to be a part of building the business and brand! Be a part of our opening team and take the West Springfield area over one hair at a time.

We are seeking energetic Licensed Estheticians and / or Cosmetologists who are passionate about Revealing Beautiful Skin! European Wax Center-West Springfield is seeking skilled and enthusiastic Wax Specialists to join our team.

As a Wax Specialist, you will play a crucial role in delivering a high-quality experience to our guests, ensuring they leave feeling smooth and confident.

Responsibilities

• Providing all waxing services to EWC's guests.
• Establishing and maintaining professional relationships with guests.
• Retaining guests through pre-booking.
• Educating guests on Strut 365 product portfolio.
• Adhering to the Reservation Book managed by the GS Associate.
• Creating a memorable experience for guests by being knowledgeable, friendly and adhering to EWC's protocols for servicing guests.

Qualifications

• Must be a beauty expert with an Esthetics or Cosmetology license.
• Must be presentable, friendly and reliable.
• Must be comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Sales experience. (Strong interpersonal skills is a must)
• Ability to work flexible hours including some evenings and weekends.
• A team player with a positive attitude & strong work ethic
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
