We are seeking a happy, outgoing, energetic Front Desk Receptionist with long term goals, to join us at a large senior living community in East Tucson .

Job Description

The Front Desk Receptionist oversees all receptionist and secretarial duties at our community and provides outstanding customer service and support to our residents, guests and the team.

As the first face of the company, the successful candidate will be approachable, friendly, professional in appearance and have outstanding people skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and visitors with a positive and helpful attitude
• Answer phones in a professional and timely manner
• Assist Executive Team with a variety of administrative tasks
• Provide excellent customer service to our residents, their families and each other

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a receptionist or related field highly preferred
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Detail Oriented and can handle a fast paced environment with the ability to multi-task between various technical platforms, and multi-line phone systems
• Keen knowledge of MS 365 Office programs and technology in general
• Strong sense of how to do get the job done
