As the Director of Retail Marketing you are responsible for meeting or exceeding goals for the following : leads booked, leads issued, revenue, cost of marketing, cost per lead issued, set rate and hours per demo within budget and policy guidelines.
The Director of Retail Marketing will educate, stimulate, and guide teammate activity, behavior and results. They will also ensure that all teammates provide world-class service.
Attractive compensation package includes Base, Bonus, comprehensive Benefits, and Incentives - $100k-$150k total
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING - THE ROLE
- Lead efforts for growth and expansion of retail marketing
- Research and approach potential retail location partners
- Look for areas of opportunities for potential partnerships
- Actively recruit and refer potential new hire candidates.
- Lead new hire classes and ongoing training sessions with team
- Conduct weekly meetings with mid-level management and any in office teammates
- Create monthly and yearly goals and plans for number of retail locations, leads booked, leads issued, Hours per demo (HPD), set rate, etc.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING - THE PERSON
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- At least 2 years of experience in a management / leadership role required
- Excellent team relations, empathetic & personable skills
- Exceptional communication skills
- Exceptional leadership skills and ability to manage a large team
- Knowledgeable with tactful and diplomatic approach to tasks at hand
- Must be able to organize & prioritize
- Ability to adapt well and accept / give feedback in a changing environment
- Ability to work independently
- Must be willing to travel to applicable retail locations as well as multiple office locations
