- Counsel and / or coach employees and managers regarding employee relations matters including performancemanagement, facilitation of formal / informal investigations, and any potential disciplinary actions.
- Evaluate and advise client groups on attraction, motivation, development and retention.- Ensure effective talent attraction, identification, and management including assessment and development.
- Assist leaders in assessing and identifying resources to meet employee learning & career needs.- Participate in the broader Group, Divisional or site HR team to drive HR projects and initiatives.
- QualificationsQualificationsMust have a Master’s degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Business, Management, Psychology, or a related field, and 1 year of related work experience;
OR a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Business, Management, Psychology, or a related field, and 2 years of related work experience.
- Of the required experience, must have 1 year of experience in each of the following : - Designing and implementing HR talent strategy, including talent attraction and retention;
- Partnering with employees, leaders, and HR teams on employee relations matters including performance management and potential disciplinary actions;
- Managing cyclical HR programs end-to-end within an organization to ensure internal compliance related to policies,processes, people management, and career development;
- Accessing, recommending, and implementing solutions to talent and organizational development needs, includingemployee learning and career needs;
and- Utilizing off-the-shelf HR Information systems and analytics tools to leverage reporting data insight capabilities.
