Job Summary
The role of an Enrollment Analyst involves a combination of technical and client-facing responsibilities. The primary technical duty is to ensure that new aircraft configurations and maintenance programs are correctly entered into CAMP Systems software, which is a platform used for tracking and managing aircraft maintenance and inventory.
The role also requires evaluation of data templates and publications to ensure system accuracy to established OEM maintenance programs.
In addition to the technical aspect of enrolling new aircraft, the Enrollment Analyst must also engage with customers and clients to ensure the aircraft information is accurate and is able to be delivered in our system within established service agreements.
The analyst will be responsible for communicating with clients to gather necessary information, address any questions or concerns they may have regarding the enrollment process, and ensure that they have a positive experience with the service.
The Enrollment Analyst is a key interface during customer onboarding.
Overall, the Enrollment Analyst plays a crucial role in both the operational functionality of the CAMP Systems software and in maintaining client satisfaction through effective communication and service.
Responsibilities
- Enroll new aircraft onto CAMP application utilizing customer furnished and / or manufacturer furnished documentation, in accordance with CAMP OPS 100, CAMP OPS 110, and the specific aircraft model checklists.
- Implement the inspection / maintenance schedule for assigned aircraft in accordance with regulatory authority requirements, customer requirements, and maintenance documentation.
- Evaluate, analyze, and interpret applicable data, such as ADs, SBs, maintenance logs, etc.
- Quality check enrollments to assess data input, ensuring proper implementation in line with CAMP procedures and customer expectations.
- Review, inspect, and work with the client to implement their specific Maintenance Inspection Program.
- Ensure that customers’ data is updated promptly and accurately.
- Prioritize work based on project timelines and current workload.
- Ensure customer requested changes are reviewed and properly implemented.
- Ensure constant and effective communication is maintained with all stakeholders throughout the enrollment process.
- Review, manage, and update applicable databases at enrollment milestones to ensure accuracy, be notified of changes, and notify others of changes.
- Address telephone calls from customers regarding maintenance program(s).
- Ensure that customers have full knowledge of the web-based applications, its efficiencies, and functionality.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and aviation experience to successfully perform the job.
- A & P license or two (2) to five (5) years of related aircraft experience preferred.
- Prior customer service experience a plus.
- Ability to analyze and interpret data.
- Must possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Must possess excellent computer skills (i.e. Word, Excel).
