What You'll Do :

You'll leverage your expertise to respond to the most technically challenging and time-critical projects for our military and commercial customers, with strong emphasis on Navy relations.

You'll manage the design and delivery of small to large projects, including complex information for accuracy and risk on various high-profile projects to ensure quality and timely delivery of a wide scope of contracted services.

You'll develop and maintain relations with current and future clients.

You'll work with technical experts to strategize, plan, and implement programs.

You'll utilize your excellent technical and interpersonal skills, public speaking, and persuasive ability; very strong financial management, team management, and leadership skills;

ability to manage and coordinate efforts of various projects to produce budgeted profits and overall program success.

You'll coordinate and participate in project presentations to military and commercial customers promoting Dayton T. Brown, Inc.

s capabilities and marketing its services.

You will be responsible to provide all support required to the program and the customer across all program portfolios throughout the period of performance on CPFF and FFP programs.

You'll serve as the primary customer interface for all programmatic and technical representation regarding program status, compliance, task order conditions, and overall performance.

You'll be responsible for the management, utilization, control, and reallocation of available resources to complete tasks IAW scheduled milestones.

You'll ensure quality checks are completed and all tasks are staffed appropriately.

You'll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the delivery and CDRLs IAW the established standards set forth in the Statement of Objectives and other supporting documents.

You'll work collaboratively with the Product Managers, Platform Operations, Project Management, and Quality Assurance to establish and manage program execution.

Track progress against proposed scope, fee, schedule, and budget, communicate with stakeholders, identify, and offer options to mitigate risk.

Maintain personal relationships with clients to expand business opportunities.

Here's what we are looking for :

  • 4 yr. Technical Degree (Engineering, Computer Science) with 15+ years' experience in a technical role.
  • US citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a TS security clearance is required.
  • Military experience, especially Navy - a plus.
  • Exceptional Project Management or Project Controls; PMP and / or PGMP certification a must.
  • Team player with experience building, leading, and managing a diverse team of technical experts at all levels.
  • Ability and experience in preparing comprehensive budgets, project schedules, planning and managing project revenue and expenses, tracking earned value and estimate to complete.
  • Strong analytical problem-solving skills.
  • Highly motivated with the desire to work in a fast-paced team-oriented environment.
  • Strong communication skills to support internal team discussions as well as client-focused meetings discussions including negotiation skills and technical writing.
  • Communication skills will be applied to all levels of the organization, including executives, managers, project managers, senior technical staff, vendors, contractors, and administrative support.
  • Experience with government contracts regarding type and structure.
  • Familiarity with ERP / MRP software.
  • Availability for occasional travel worldwide.
