Position overview
FabCom's executive training program is designed to train and provide you with the skills required to become an excellent ad executive through hands-on experience in a range of positions.
Project coordinator (digital advertising, analytics, social media), junior account coordinator, account executive, senior account executive, and finally account supervisor is the progression of this position.
We need a player who loves marketing and is passionate about being a part of a creative team. The right person must have the right 'tude and IQ to keep up with some of the best in the biz.

Primary Responsibilities
- Assist account executives on client projects to help ensure all deliverables are provided and deadlines are met.
- Provide support to company executives including schedule coordination, meeting planning, travel arrangements, and daily activities.
- Conduct secondary research for client campaigns and assist with preparation for client strategy presentations.
- Training will initially be focused on the day-to-day management of search engine and social media advertising campaigns for clients.
E.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Advertising, Microsoft Ads, etc.
- Configure tracking paramaters for digital advertising campaigns, as well as client-facing reporting dashboards.
- Facilitate monthly social media content calendar and support asset creation / curation efforts with agency team members.
- Help maintain agency reputation through quality customer service and communication with all relationships.
Qualifications
- BA / BS degree required.
- 1-2 years in a full-time marketing position is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be detail-oriented, have good follow-up skills, and be able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Background knowledge in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, and Google Tag Manager is a plus!

Compensation : Based on years of experience
