Compensation & Incentives :
Competitive Salary : $82,000 - $90,000 annually based on experience.
Generous Bonuses : Earn between $6K - $18K a year, calculated monthly and paid quarterly.
Paid Time Off : Enjoy 20 days of PTO plus 7 paid holidays, giving you time to recharge and take care of yourself.

Relocation Assistance : up to $10K in relocation assistance, if you meet qualifications.
Additional Bonus : Select locations are eligible up to a $5K Geo Modifier.

Qualifications :
Required : Master’s or Doctorate level degree in Behavior Analysis or a related field.
Required : Licensed professional as per state guidelines (if applicable).
Required : Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification in Applied Behavior Analysis per BACB guidelines
