Job Description : As a Quality Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing our quality management systems to deliver exceptional products and services.
Your primary responsibilities will include :
- Quality Management System (QMS) Oversight : Develop, implement, and maintain a robust QMS to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Quality Control Processes : Establish and oversee quality control processes to monitor product / service quality throughout the entire lifecycle, from development to delivery.
- Continuous Improvement : Lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes, reduce defects, and enhance overall quality and customer satisfaction.
- Quality Audits and Inspections : Conduct regular audits and inspections to evaluate compliance with quality standards and specifications, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Supplier Quality Management : Collaborate with suppliers to establish quality requirements, evaluate supplier performance, and address quality issues to ensure the highest standards of raw materials and components.
- Training and Development : Provide training and guidance to team members on quality standards, procedures, and best practices to foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
- Customer Feedback and Resolution : Monitor customer feedback and complaints, investigate root causes of quality issues, and implement effective solutions to address customer concerns and improve overall satisfaction.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, quality management, or related field; relevant certifications (e.g., Six Sigma, ASQ) preferred.
- 4 years of progressive experience in quality management roles within industry .
- Strong knowledge of quality management principles, methodologies, and tools.
- Proven track record of implementing and maintaining effective quality management systems and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Experience with quality management software systems is a plus.
