Quality and Continuous Improvement Manager
Key Responsibilities :
- Contribute to, lead, drive, and support Quality Practice strategy as it evolves and matures.
- Visible, accountable teammate will contribute to and lead successful delivery of Quality Operations initiatives for Insight and our clients to scale and develop new opportunities for future business.
- Work with internal leadership to help drive best practices, standards, and methodology to within operations and the regional practices.
- Audit and identify opportunities for improvement to positively impact efficiency and ability to scale; this includes gaps in standard operating procedures (SOP’s), participate in SOP authoring, editing, CI activities.
- Ensure change management process utilized to maintain and increase profitability and deliver premier client and teammate experience and client satisfaction.
- Develop and implement project schedule to ensure required dates are me and lead projects relative to milestone completion while managing resources and budgets.
- Monitor and maintain client and internal project executive satisfaction by engaging in and leading regular review cadence (week, month, quarter) status meetings, management reviews, QBR’s, and QOR’s.
- Other duties as assigned.
What you’ll need to succeed
- Working knowledge of, or exposure and experience with QMS, ISO 9001 standards, quality industry and continuous improvement standards a plus.
- PMP certification and active PMI membership a plus.
- Consulting, project and change management skills and the ability to work effectively with a cross-functional team are critical.
- Able to lead, influence, manage matrix resources working on multiple projects seamlessly.
- Excellent communicator - both written and oral.
- Excellent client relationship management skills and ability to interface seamlessly with teammates across the enterprise.
- Able to run project update meetings with both technical and non-technical participants.
- Possess leadership qualities and skills that motivate project teammates to drive project to successful conclusion.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business / professional journals, technical procedures, or regulations.
- Ability to write reports and / or business correspondence.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, teammates.
- Proficient in Microsoft tools including, but not limited to, Microsoft Office, MS Project, MS Project Server, SharePoint Portal
