We're seeking a skilled Reservation Agent to join our Vacation Home Reservations team. In this role, you'll be responsible for creating a positive guest experience throughout the booking process.

Compensation :
$35,000 - $40,000 annually + commissions
Responsibilities :
- Manage reservation inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms to assist customers in booking accommodations
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing customer concerns, inquiries, and special requests
- Utilize sales techniques to upsell additional services or accommodations to enhance customer experience and increase revenue
- Maintain accurate records of reservations, cancellations, and customer interactions in the booking system
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed monthly booking targets and revenue goals
Qualifications :
- Minimum 3 years of experience in inbound and outbound phone sales
- Passion for providing memorable guest experiences
- High energy and enthusiasm for teamwork
- Flexible schedule availability, including weekends, holidays, and evenings up to 7 pm
- Proficiency with reservation software
- Strong multi-tasking abilities
- Excellent customer relations skills
- Familiarity with VRBO and Airbnb is advantageous
- Experience in B2B and B2C sales
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills
- Effective closer with proven results
