- Hours : Monday to Thursday 5am-3 : 30pm
- Pay : Up to $40 per hour for the right skill set!
Responsibilities :
- Basic electrical and mechanical issues at 3 facilities (mileage / time comped)
- Repair presses, brake presses, and welders
- Change filters
- Snow removal (when applicable)
- Complete daily facility walkthrough assessment and maintain the preventative maintenance schedule for the buildings
Qualifications :
- 3+ years of building mechanicals and grounds maintenance experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work on multiple projects and tasks simultaneously, prioritizing to meet all deadlines
