As a Permanent Construction Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the construction industry. You will be responsible for leading, managing, and coordinating all aspects of multiple construction projects from inception to completion.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to apply their knowledge and skills in a challenging and dynamic environment.

The role demands a high degree of professionalism, a strong understanding of construction management, and a commitment to delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities :

1. Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion.

2. Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs.

3. Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors.

4. Meet contractual conditions of performance.

5. Review the work progress on a daily basis.

6. Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones.

7. Negotiate terms of agreements, draft contracts and obtain permits and licenses.

8. Analyze, manage, and mitigate risks.

9. Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques.

10. Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status.

11. Coordinate and schedule resources across multiple projects to ensure project targets are met.

12. Liaise with clients, architects, and other professionals to ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Qualifications :

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.

2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management or a related field.

3. Proven working experience in construction project management, including records of successful construction project completion.

4. Advanced knowledge of construction management processes, means and methods.

5. Understanding of all facets of the construction process.

6. Familiarity with construction and project management software programs.

7. Ability to plan and see the big picture .

8. Competent in conflict and crisis management.

9. Excellent time and project management skills.

10. Strong leadership and management skills.

11. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

12. In-depth understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principles.

13. Familiarity with quality and health and safety standards.

14. Good knowledge of MS Office and construction / project management software.

15. PMP or equivalent certification would be considered an advantage.

16. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
