Job Details
Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of assigned construction projects, ensuring they meet quality standards, timelines, and budget constraints
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans
- Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution
- Implement and maintain safety protocols on job sites
- Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management
- PMP certification preferred
- Proficiency in project management software (, Microsoft Project, Primavera)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
