We are currently seeking a seasoned HVAC Lead Service Technician to join our dynamic team.

Job Summary :

As the HVAC Lead Service Technician, you will be responsible for overseeing and performing maintenance, repairs, and installations of commercial HVAC systems.

You will lead a team of technicians, ensuring high-quality service delivery and adherence to safety standards. This role requires extensive industry experience, technical expertise, and leadership skills to effectively manage complex projects and mentor junior technicians.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and supervise a team of HVAC technicians in performing maintenance, repairs, and installations of commercial HVAC systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot complex HVAC issues, providing effective solutions to ensure system efficiency and reliability.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance and compliance with safety standards.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their HVAC needs, provide recommendations, and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, including service reports, parts used, and time spent on each job.
• Ensure all work is performed in accordance with industry standards, local codes, and company policies.
• Provide training and mentorship to junior technicians, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Manage inventory and order parts and supplies as needed to complete projects efficiently.
• Operate and maintain company-provided vehicle in a clean and organized manner, ensuring it is stocked with necessary tools and equipment.

Qualifications :

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in the HVAC industry, with a strong focus on commercial systems.
• Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role within the HVAC field.
• Extensive knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and maintenance practices.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to solve complex technical problems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.
• Valid EPA Certification and other relevant HVAC certifications.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
