Job Title : Commercial HVAC Service Technician

Responsibilities :
- Conduct thorough diagnostic evaluations of electrical, mechanical, and control systems to accurately identify issues and failures.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Demonstrate exceptional problem-solving skills to resolve multiple customer issues efficiently.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with team members and clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Exhibit strong organizational skills to manage scheduling and project priorities effectively.
- Collaborate with team members to identify and seize project opportunities, contributing to business growth.
Requirements :
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in the HVAC field, with a strong focus on commercial systems.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Compliance with all safety and OSHA guidelines.
- Universal EPA Certification.
- HVAC Trade school or relevant college courses.
- Comprehensive understanding of refrigeration cycles, chillers, air handling units, ductwork, boilers, and both low and high voltage electrical troubleshooting.
- Local and stable work history.
