Direct hire opportunity for a hybrid Sr. Business Applications Manager with a competitive salary around 150k, plus a 4% bonus.

About the Role : As a Sr. Business Applications Manager, you will be a key player in our IT department, which has grown from 9 to over 40 members in the past few years.
You will be responsible for managing the life cycle of business applications, from strategizing and architecting to deployment and retirement.
Your role will involve managing the activities of all assigned personnel, formulating vision, objectives, and scope of projects / applications, and providing policy level direction regarding standards and budgetary constraints.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assess customer and / or business process requirements
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to outline precise operational requisites and justifications for new system ventures
- Effectively liaise with all organizational levels to guarantee project success and user requirements are discerned and fulfilled
- Establish and uphold standards, protocols, and documentation pertinent to designated domain
- Specify resources and timetable for system / application deployment
- Craft comprehensive system strategies ensuring alignment with operational objectives
- Draft technical blueprints and oversee workload and expenses for various business application undertakings
- Continuously assess and scrutinize current system domains to pinpoint enhancements and potentially validate their adoption
- Oversee team members' productivity and development, ensuring their engagement, motivation, and aptitude to fulfill duties effectively
- Ensure diligent focus on quality assurance and the production of thoroughly tested deliverables
- Formulate project propositions and budgets; conduct evaluations for novel technologies and system improvements
- Contribute to budgetary recommendations; execute resource allocation in accordance with budget ratification
- Ensure integration compatibility, workflow coherence, and controlled processing in all application designs
- Facilitate early risk detection for each IT initiative and establish streamlined protocols for risk mitigation
Required Skills :
- Experience in implementation and change adoption and / or change management
- Experience in leading large projects
- Strong business systems analysis and project management skills
Preferred Skills :
- Experience with ERP systems
- Familiarity with MS Dynamics or other similar systems
