Responsibilities :
- Collects rent, pays bills, schedules and keeps track of expenditures to help ensure financial goals.
- Advertise vacancies, obtain referrals from current tenants, show units, and showcase advantages of locations and services to help obtain new tenants.
- Research local rental rates and calculate costs so pricing is in line with current market conditions.
- Monitor all new prospects and incorporate findings into marketing campaigns to help increase company growth.
- Coordinates and manages all facets of resident move-in and move-outs including processing applications to ensure smooth processes.
- Oversees all on-site operations and maintains vendor relationships to make certain all aspects of the property are running smoothly.
- Resolve tenant complaints to satisfaction and in accordance with our high quality of property standards.
Qualifications :
- Exquisite presentation and negotiation skills.
- B.A. preferred, High School Diploma required.
- Enjoys meeting people and takes pride in providing excellent customer service.
- Minimum 5 years experience in Residential Property Management.
- Current California Real Estate License.
- A very strong moral & ethical foundation - integrity.
- Professional Appearance.
- Ability to work very hard.
- A high degree of self-confidence tempered by humility.
- Strong attention to detail and organization.
- This is not an on-site position.
- Ability to manage properties throughout San Diego County.
- Must have own vehicle. Includes mileage reimbursement.
Compensation :
$70,000 - $80,000 yearly
