RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Implement and maintain ABA Therapy best practices.
- Work directly with children with ASD.
- Engage parents in therapy sessions.
- Bring a positive attitude and passion for working with children.
REQUIREMENTS :
- Reliable transportation.
- BLS certification.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and engage in physical activities with children.
- Complete RBT training to become certified.
ADDITIONAL INFO :
- Locations : El Cajon, La Jolla, Point Loma, Lakeside, Chula Vista, Lemon Grove
- Work Location : Provide In-Home services
- Benefits : Health and dental insurance, 401K
- Job Type : Part-time (with advancement opportunities)
- Salary : $22.00 - $25.00 per hour, plus a $900 milestone bonus.
- Schedule : Monday to Friday (must have Saturday availability to make up time).
- Education : High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience : 1 year working with children required.
- License / Certification : Driver’s License required.
