Overview
The Mortgage Servicing Analyst will be responsible for preparing and sending mortgage accounts to sub servicer on a daily basis.
In addition, this position will be responsible for verifying all notifications required for servicing transfer are sent and imaged to customer file.
This person will also make and accept calls regarding customer inquiries regarding payments and other general inquiries.

Responsibilities
Verify all document identifying loans to be transferred to sub servicer are received from Secondary Marketing and Post Closing departments
- Ensure designated mortgage loans are electronically transferred to sub servicer
- Assemble all loan documents required by sub servicer and prepare the packages to be transferred electronically to the sub servicer
- Review all servicing letters to ensure they are accurate and sent within guidelines
- Work with Mortgage Accounting on any payment discrepancies
- Resolve customer inquires regarding payment or transfer concerns to ensure delivery of an excellent customer service experience
- Work with sub servicers to resolve issues regarding outstanding documents, transfer issues, and payoff information
- Responsible for downloading daily reports to network server
- Responsible for wiring escrow funds to sub servicer
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
Minimum of 2 years job related experience
Ability to operate a personal computer using Microsoft Word and Excel
Working knowledge of loan documentation and bank terminology
Basic knowledge of accounting principles
Ability to deal tactfully and effectively with customers as well as fellow employees
Knowledge of and aptitude to learn all necessary computer applications
