Modern Post is a bi-coastal Post Production studio with offices in New York and Los Angeles. We are looking for an assistant editor in our NY office.
Ideal Candidates will have 2+ years experience at other post house and be familiar with finishing and delivery.
Assistant Editor
Assist editor, producer and digital workflow of projects, including breakdown and organization of footage, sfx, music, and graphics.
Manage data and trouble shoot, as needed.
Prep for sessions and finishing.
Supervision of projects and outside sessions.
Create deliverables and final conforms in Premiere.
Edit revisions, small projects, cut-downs.
Organize masters, deliverables and masters on MP Server.
Quality check all outputs for accuracy, that they are free of glitches and meet all specs and requirements.
Maintain organized projects on wiredrive.
